  • 选用日本东丽（Toray）和东洋纺(Torobo)公司的聚苯硫醚（PPS）纤维，同时使用进口的拉幅定型设备制造，是一种优良的耐高温过滤材料。PPS针刺毡滤料具有以下特性：
    1、 持续工作温度可达到190℃，瞬时温度220℃。
    2、 可在含氧量低于16%的工况下使用（但温度要控制在适当范围）。
    3、 优良的抗水解性和耐酸碱腐蚀，PH值范围1-14。
    4、 过滤风速可选1—1.5m/min.从而减少设备体积，降低设备造价。
    PPS纤维具有良好的机械和化学性能，可以在恶劣的环境中保持良好的过滤性能，并达到理想的使用寿命，视工况不同，使用寿命在2-4年不等。在燃煤锅炉、垃圾焚烧炉、电厂粉煤灰，化工厂等脉冲清灰式除尘器中，PPS针刺毡滤袋是理想的过滤材料。
